Order Online

Retail: Only customers living in Thailand are entitled to order products online. For customers living outside Thailand, please email us.

Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment can be made online via PayPal secure ordering. Simply go to the order online menu, enter the quantity you wish to purchase for a particular item, and click on the submit button. As soon as we receive your order, we send you a final confirmation email with a PayPal secure link to complete your purchase.

If you encounter technical difficulties sending payment through PayPal, please feel free to email us.

Shipping: We ship with Thai Priority Mail Service inside Thailand. It normally takes 2 to 4 days.

Wholesale & OEM

Wholesale: All our products are available for wholesale with a minimum order of 200 pcs per item. We try our best to provide the highest quality products at the lowest possible price to ensure mutual success in today's market place. If you are interested in distributing, importing or exporting our products, please write us a mail and we will send you our catalogue, terms and conditions as well as our price list.

OEM: We provide OEM service for customers who wish to develop their own line of products. Our low minimum order (200 pcs per item) enable you to test the market with minimum risk before launching your products on a bigger scale.

Samples: Although our samples are free for wholesale customers, we kindly ask you to contribute to cover the freight charges. The cost may vary according to destination. Payment of freight charge can easily be made through PayPal secure website using a credit card.

Payment: A deposit of 50% of the total order value is required in format of cash, wire transfer or bank draft at the placement of order. Our company reserves the right to withhold the said deposit amount in case of order cancellation by the customer. The buyer will be informed when the order is finished and ready to be shipped or delivered. At that point, the buyer should pay the remaining 50% balance by wire transfer to our company bank account.

International Shipping: We are happy to ship packages overseas. We have discounted rates with many commercial carriers and can provide shipping quotes to your destination.  Our sales representative will provide a shipping quote at the time of order. You may also have your product picked up at our warehouse by your carrier.

Safety & Transparency

We only use top quality natural raw materials. Concerning products sources, we mainly buy from local sources except from some oils, extracts and essential oils that are imported from Europe. All our raw materials have data and safety sheets. Our products don’t contain any harmful chemicals or preservatives such as derivatives of paraben, triclosan, BHT, etc. The full list of ingredients for each item is available on this website. We do not do any animal testing.

Environment

Our natural soap is environmentally friendly and do not contain any hazardous chemical such as synthetic colors, preservatives or other chemical additives. It is entirely bio-degradable and does not generate any kind of pollution.
Our range of Spa products are made from top quality raw materials carefully chosen for their ability to dissolve and avoid polluting the waterways and the soil.

We do apply Fair trade rules to our business in terms of creating opportunities for economically disadvantaged producers, payment of a fair price, gender equity, working condition and environmental protection.
